CO-HOSTA 194-game AFL career and a 2018 premiership with the West Coast Eagles, then into media with one belief: audiences wanted honesty and personality more than the traditional system was built to deliver. That thinking became BackChat. Today, Will works across Fox Footy, radio and digital media while continuing to co-host BackChat’s flagship shows and help shape the Group’s audience and commercial direction.
Dan Const
CO-HOSTStudied journalism, worked inside traditional media, and got tired of gatekeepers and slow systems. Built BackChat as the alternative. Dan oversees the systems behind the Group, including production, commercial operations, creator development and the workflows that keep it moving. The focus never changes: build modern media properly, without unnecessary layers.
Hamish Brayshaw
CO-HOSTA former West Coast Eagles midfielder from one of Australian football’s most prominent families. Hamish retired young to pursue media and business, and brings sharp footy IQ and a quick wit to whatever he turns his hand to.
